Children's Ministries
Sunday school Children and teachers meet each week for Sunday school, using the "Gather 'Round" curriculum, following the worship service. During the summer, the church also sponsors a week-long Vacation Bible School that gives children more time together, a chance to “sink deeper” into the Bible stories, and more hands-on activities connected with the social and cultural world of the Bible. Mission events During the three yearly congregational meetings, children ages 4-6th grade meet for a special mission emphasis or activity (Bike for Jesus, Million Can March, St. Joseph Habitat for Humanity, Mission field trip) Boys’ and Girls’ Clubs During the fall and spring Soup for the Soul, grade school boys and girls meet for special activities, including cooking and baking, service projects, arts and crafts, projects, etc. Young Children in Worship |
